Eat Slowly has been created as a training tool to help you slow down, enjoy the taste of your food, and support a healthy lifestyle. As children we had satiety cues that told us when to stop eating. With age and the stress of daily life many of us have overridden those satiety cues. We consume hundreds of calories in a matter of minutes and still feel hungry. Eat Slowly aims to help us slow down, enjoy the food we eat, and feel fuller longer.
